Accommodation
We have two double rooms with a private guest bath/shower room situated between the two. It is our policy to only let both rooms to guests who know one another, so that you will never have to share the bathroom with strangers.
Both rooms have views to the South Downs and also to the garden and pool terrace.

- By prior arrangement we can book an holistic complementary health treatment from a therapist fully qualified in aromatherapy, reflexology, reiki, Indian head massage and Thai yoga massage
- Please note that access to one of the bedrooms is through a low door and that in places downstairs, the ceiling height is low, so bring a hard hat!
- Sorry but we cannot accept pets as we have three very friendly cats who would sulk!
- Walkers and cyclists welcome
- Children over 12 are welcome
- Friars is a no smoking house
- Regrettably Friars has no wheelchair access
- There is on site parking at owner’s risk
- Check out time 11am please
